My father-in-law was unfortunate enough to have done business with Flexi Holiday Club. When he died they were informed (at least twice by myself, once by my wife and once by sister-in-law - not to mention the executor) that they should send all correspondence to his estate. Even the city council managed this. Obviously Flexi Club cannot see why anyone dead would be unable or unwilling to pay their account. The estate is nearly wound-up and the period for claims to be entered long over. Evidently Trans Union don't pay much attention either (and they pride themselves on being the authority when it comes to this kind of data) and should ask their legal person how they missed the death notice in the Govt Gazette. Keep sending your letters of demand by all means, Mr Campbell no longer lives at that address. Believe me, he no longer cares about his 'credit facilities being adversely affected' and would probably enjoy you bringing a judgment against him. If this wasn't so funny I could go on a bit more about what a bunch of incompetent bullies you and your client are making yourselves out to be... Believe me, Mr Campbell is getting his money's worth now out of this charade!

I like your humour!! (Re: the grim reaper). Pity it was probably missed by the draconian bullies that are the timeshare industry.
